When can I check in? When do I have to check out?

Normally, the room is clean and ready for checkin at 13.00, but you come by and leave your luggage as early as 9.00. Checkout is by 11.00 at the latest; you can store your baggage with us until 19.00 when the reception closes. 

Do you have baggage service?

See above. 

Can I check in before or after reception hours (from 9.00 to 19.00)?

Yes, but it is important to let the reception know by indicating ‘late checkin’ so that you get proper instructions and the necessary night code. 

Do I have to pay for cleaning at the end of my stay?

No, that’s included in the room / bed price. 

Can I pay with credit card?

Yes, we accept most credit cards except AMEX and Diners. 

Do I have to pay in advance?

No, we take payment on your arrival when you are satisfied that our accommodations meet your expectations. If you make your booking via Hostelworld, you will have to make a deposit for their service. 

Can I use my sleeping bag?

No! For hygienic reasons, EVERYONE must use clean and complete bed linens including pillow cover, bed sheet and duvet cover. You can use your own linens as long as they meet these requirements. You can also rent from us for a one-time cost of 50 kr for a set of bed linens and 15 kr for towels. 

Do I have to be in the hostel by any special time in the evening?

No, all checked in guests get a night code and can come and go as desired (with respect to others!). 

Do you serve breakfast?

No, we don’t serve breakfast, but there is complimentary coffee and equipped kitchens as well as storage possibilities for foodstuffs. Most guests make their own breakfast here. 

Can I make my meals?

That’s perfectly fine. Our kitchens are fully equipped. 

Can I pay with foreign currency?

Sweden uses the Swedish krona. It is possible in exceptional cases for us to take foreign currency, but we cannot provide as good an exchange rate as the commercial exchange services so we recommend that our guests use credit cards or exchange to Swedish kronor before arriving. 

I am going to stay in a shared room and have my laptop computer with me. Can I lock it up somewhere?

We do not have any lockers in the shared rooms, but we can secure guest valuables in the hostel’s locked space. Valuables that are locked up by the hostel can only be left or picked up during reception hours 9.00 to 19.00.
