When can I check in? When do I have to check out?
The rooms are ready for check-in at 12.00, but it is possible to leave your luggage with us as early as 8.30 weekdays and 09.00 weekends, when the reception opens. Check-out is at the latest 11.00, but it is possible to leave your luggage with us until the reception closes, in connection with your departure.
Do you have baggage service?
Yes we do. It is possible drop off your luggage before check-in and after check-out, as long as the reception is open.
Is it possible to check in after the opening hours of the reception, 09.00 – 17.00?
Yes, but it is important to notify the reception that you are arriving late in order for you to get the necessary pin-codes and instructions for late arrival.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No, you pay when you check-in. On some booking sites the guest pays a small pre-payment in advance, and then the remaining amount at check-in.
Can I pay with foreign currency?
It is possible to pay with foreign credit and debit cards. When paying with cash we accept Swedish currency. There are exchange offices within walking distance from us.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, with VISA, MasterCard, and Maestro.
Do I have to pay for cleaning when I depart?
No, cleaning in connection with check-out is included in the price.
Do you serve breakfast?
No, we don’t. But there are cafés close by and the nearest grocery store is located within walking distance, if you would like to prepare your own breakfast in our fully equipped kitchen.
Can I cook at your hostel?
Yes, that is very possible. We have a fully equipped guest kitchen. The closest grocery store is located within 5 minutes walking distance. In the kitchen there is tea, coffee, and pasta free of charge.
Can I use my sleeping bag?
No, sleeping bags are not allowed due to hygiene reasons. Bed sheets are included in the price when you stay with us.
Is there a nightly curfew?
No, all guests are given a pin code for the entry door and are able to come and go as they please. (Please show consideration at night)
