When can I check in? When do I have to check out?
Normally the rooms are cleaned and ready for check in at 13.00, but it is possible to stop by with your luggage from 09.00 onwards. Check-out is at the latest 11.00, but it is possible for us to store your luggage until 19.00, when the reception closes.

Is it possible to check in later than the opening hours of the reception, 09.00 – 19.00?
Yes, but it’s important to notify the reception of late check-in in order for you to get the necessary night pin-codes and instructions for late arrival.
Do I have to pay for cleaning when I depart?
No, cleaning in connection with check-out is included in the price.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, we accept most cards, except for AMEX and Diners.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No, we accept payment when you arrive, after you have made sure that everything is as expected, as well as clean and tidy. If you made your booking through Hostelworld then they will charge you a deposition fee for their booking service. If you cancel your booking you should contact Hostelworld for possible reimbursement of the deposition fee.
Can I use my sleeping bag?
No, sleeping bags are not allowed due to hygiene reasons. Bed sheets are included in the price when you stay with us.
Is there a nightly curfew?
No, all guests who have been checked-in will receive night pin-codes and are able to come and go as they choose. (Please show consideration at night)
Do you serve breakfast?
Yes, we serve a simple breakfast in between 7.30-9.30 in the weekdays and in between 8.00-10.00 in the weekends. The breakfast is free for charge and consists of coffee, tea, milk, cereal, toast, butter, and marmalade.
Can I cook at your hostel?
Yes, this is very possible since everything you need is in the kitchen.
Can I pay with foreign currency?
In rare cases this is possible, but we can’t give as good rates as the exchange offices can and therefore we recommend guests to use debit or credit card, or change to Swedish currency.
